Publications + Mobilization

To complement the sound and mixed reality research creations I have been engaged in, my digital scholarship extends to the publication and co-publication of work in peer-reviewed journals. I have also written three peer-reviewed books with Springer Nature’s Apress, and I present the results of my research annually at local, national and international conferences.

Scholarly contributions include:

  • Design and composition of sound for live and mediated productions;
  • Creation, research, curation, and supervision of software development projects in collaboration with others to create innovative experiences, support teaching and learning, and solve human problems.
  • Individual and collaborative research presentations at various national and international conferences;
  • Keynote, panelist, workshop facilitator and symposium participant
  • Moderation of expert panels at international conferences;
  • Publication and co-authorship in peer-reviewed journals and book chapters.
  • Book writing on the subjects of emerging technology and artificial intelligence.

Keywords: Emerging technologies, extended reality (Virtual, Augmented, and Mixed Reality), sound design, composition, spatial audio, artificial intelligence, collaborative co-creation.
